I have been going to my fabulous local health food store, Healthy Living 4 U, since 2008, just after I moved from Jacksonville to Keystone Heights. The owners are very knowledgeable about health, how to eat better, and what supplements to take to round out your diet. They don't sell you something if it isn't correct or is more costly, so they will make the extra money. I have been going to health food stores since the 70's, so imagine my delight to find we had one in this quaint small town. Initially, they had a co-op to get fresh veggies, fruits, and meats delivered every 2 weeks. Sadly, Covid stopped this excellent service. I buy all my vitamins and fresh organic chicken and hamburger there, even if it costs more than online ordering, which I do for almost everything else. I like to support my local business, especially this one :)

Urinary tract infections are one of the most common infections. Even worse, they are often recurring. Recurring UTIs not only affect your health and quality of life, they can also contribute to antibiotic resistance.
